    Default Updating contracts

I have been minding for 12 months in January and have had all the same mindees since I started. Some parents have changed their hours and have put it in writing, which I have then just attached to the original contract. My question is, do I need to redo all of their contracts as new, each year or is it ok to just add changes to the original?
    Thanks x

I just add one of two signed copies to the contract as needed. Parent gets the other one .
I'd pretty much continue to do this unless it gets chaotic or you need to do a major rethink of a contract and then stat afresh with a new one.....

For what it costs is it alot to do a new one so if everything falls apart your contract will stand up in court?

Yes, think I'll do a new one. There are already changes that have been added, so think it's time to do a new one! Thank you
