Default working with a registered child minder

I am currently registering to be an assistant for my mother-in-law who is already a registered childminder. This is just to gain experiance to begin with but the longer term i do want to be registered in my own right so i can look after children when she is on holiday ect. I was wondering with reguards to policies and proceedures, can we share the same folder or do i need a seperate one for myself?

I work with another childminder - we share policies, procedures, risk assessments etc.

I hope it works out for you!
