Special Educational Needs - I just include in my Inclusion Policy (prev Equal Ops)

Has that policy been renamed for 2012 eyfs ?

You need information about equality of opportunity to share with parents - that's the requirement in the Eyfs.

Anything else is your choice. SEN can easily be included as a paragraph within equal opps along with diversity, multiculturalism etc.
