Finding self evaluation form

Help!!! I'm being really thick, I need to update my SEF but I can't remember how to find it. Can some one point me in the right direction please

I usually find it by putting 'Self Evaluation Form ofsted' in the search bar and it comes up with the correct page. Then I click on the link to the SEF where you need to log in using your passcode.

Funnily enough I was going to ask the same question.

I can't seem to connect onto the link, this is the one I'm using

I click onto the launchportal link but the same page comes up, what am I doing wrong?

I've tried login on but the same thing happens
