What do people do for term time only kids re wages do you charge a retainer or just for the 39 weeks of the year I am in dispute at the mo I have asked for 75% of the min hours on contract for the weeks me holiday am I being unreasonable

When I have had TTO I have charged a slightly higher hourly rate but charged only for term time, school hols I don't charge a retainer but I make it clear that the space is unlikely to be available for that child to use during holidays as I could have holiday only children who might need it. Some childminders spread the 39 weeks pay over 12mths which mean at least you are getting a "wage" every month.

I do the same, I charge a pound per hour extra and no charge during holidays.
