    Default Written evidence sheet

    Hi everyone,
Dose anyone use different obs sheets,
I use photo evidence sheets as I take photo's all the time of my mindee's activities, but some times the mindees do something before I have the camera and miss it, but take notes what they have done. Been looking for just a written evidence sheet, dose anyone on the forum know where I can download any.

    Thanks jus

I just stick my notes onto a piece of paper headed 'My wow moments' - and put that piece of paper in LJ along with photo evidence.

I bring it all together in review and next steps

Almost exactly what I do, except I place them under each of the 6 EYFS areas to which they relate to the most. This help me to do the review easier as its already split into the correct learning area
