I'm TRYING t do th ebooks...for feb. {also my first month so help}

do I put the mileage for the 1 week in the travel bit....and would I put 2 miles at 40p - 80p...every day that i have them?

if, its .8 do you ever round it up/down to the nearest £??

You can't round mileage up or down... it's 80p...

i worked out {using google maps] that the mileage to the schol and back is 2.2 miles so i would round that down to 2miles.....but if mileage ended up being 3.8miles would it still be rounded down or make it 4 miles.

actually that would make it 0.88p wouldn't it for 40p mile

You always go up. You school trip each time would be 3 miles and therefore £1.20.

You need to keep a record of all mileage done for the IR, so why not just add it up at the end of the month and multiply it by .40p and put it in as a lump sum.

I calculate mine like : school run = 3 miles, shops = 2, toddlers = 2, school run = 3 etc... Daily total = 10miles
