    Default Tax Credits update

If you read my other thread HERE
about the the inland revenue saying that I was still claiming child care costs from july 07. I rang 3 different people on friday [7th] and they all said same athing.

Today I relceive an ameded claim form dated 2nd feb {before that phonecall] and under the childacare section..it says no childcare cost claimed!!!! ha right proof.

so ring them half hour ago, stated this and that they said last week my claim was being referred....he said "oh it's because you [me] may still have paid costs yourself but we didnt pay you"...ok but I was told I may have to pay back...."no you won't".

    ha so there
wrote a note on the amended form as proof.

    thank god for that
