Fruit and nut chews

  • 115 g (4 oz) Raisins
  • 115 g (4 oz) Stoned dates
  • 115 g (4 oz) Walnuts
  • 56 g (2 oz) Desiccated coconut

 

Mix all ingredients in a food processor then shape into bite sized pieces.
