Tofu is high in protein and low in fat.
Simply buy enough of each ingredient to make two kebabs for the number of children, or more or less depending on appetite.
For each kebab you could use:
Alternatively you could use any combination of veg of your choice.
Thread the ingredients onto a kebab stick, brush with olive oil and grill until tender but not over cooked. If using wooden sticks soak in water prior to threading to avoid burning.
For younger children remove food from sticks before serving for safety.
