Pork With Apple

• 6oz lean pork
• 6oz swede, peeled and cubed
• 1/4 apple, peeled and cubed
• 6oz white potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1/4 onion, chopped
• 2fl oz water

Trim the pork, then cube.

Put the pork and the rest of the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer until well cooked.

This recipe purees well in a blender and the sweetness of the apple appeals particularly to babies!
