Preparation. 5 minutes Cooking time: approx. 5 minutes
Whisk together the egg and milk.
Melt the butter in a small frying pan and add the egg mixture. Tip the pan to ensure the egg mixture covers the pan.
When the omelette is almost set - sprinkle the filling over it. Fold in half to enclose the filling.
Cook for one more minute
Serve with a small side salad
