Multicultural anything

Hi guys I have Ofsted coming out soon and would really love to make my home corner something different like a Chinese restaurant or an Indian take away so was looking for materials for the children to use to dress up in or decorate the home corner with it. Also any acsessories to go with it to make it more authentic would be great too.

Have you had a look in the charity shops or on ebay? I found a bamboo steamer in a charity shop and also have chopsticks and little soup/rice bowls. Maybe the children could make flags of different countries and then you could find pictures of the traditional foods from each country to make a display.

If you google chinese restaurant role play you'll find several sites where you can print posters/menus etc
