I have been really really good today - apart from popping on here for a few minutes at a time I have spent ALL day doing my NVQ . I now have square eyes, a headache and feel like I have repeated the last three questions!!!

I didn't realise there was a time limit on it. I was told it should take me between 12 and 15 months on average.

- there are less calories if:
a) you cook them yourself (no idea if this is true)
b) someone else eats them for you
