CYPOP 5 books/material????

Hi there, i have just started CYPOP5 , was given a folder at our training, which contained the tasks, but the information were were given was neither here nor there, and I am sat scratching my head, sat lookign at Task 1 and 2, with bits done here and there. Was just wondering if there are any books or materials out there that will help in some way with completing this unit?

I done the CYPOP5 through NCMA and they send you a book as part of the course.

It is called 'Home-Based Childcare' by Sheila Riddall-Leech. Helps loads!

Thank you so much for this Jen, the course is being run by the college but they have bever offered the unit before so they are not very organised on this unit at all, everyone left confused, the best bit was they gave us task 1 to do without outlining it, or saying what we had to do, so have been reading through this forum to see if what info theremay be to get me on the right track

will see if i can pick a copy of the book up on amazon

It's a pleasure. Surprised you won't get a copy automatically as I think it's been written to run along side the course.
You'll get it on Amazon anyway.
Lucky you for doing the course through the college. I done it on-line and felt really isolated doing it - but this forum is so helpful. If you serach the tasks on here it will give you some ideas too.
