    Default DHC bibliography and refrences

I am just starting my dhc assignments and i already have the book diploma in homebased childcare.
Now for each assignment i need to have refrences and a bibliography of where i got all my informaiton from.
I have started the unit 2 one and i am up to the daily routines part of the assignment, ive already used references to the dhc book, can i keep using refrences for the book throughout the assignments or do i need to get information from other books?

I will be using my eyfs pack for some of my refrences but in my later assignments to do with child development.

For the childrens rights i used the dhc book and a publication i found on the internet from unicef. The only problem with finding things from internet is there was no author name or address of where published.

Can anyone help and give me some good links to publications on the net.

And am i allwowed to keep using rerences from different parts of the same book. Thanks

Your references should show all the places you researched.

If you find something on the internet, just give the web address and date accessed, so for the United Nations one you would say -

'United nations convention on the rights of the child' accessed online http://www.unicef.org/crc/ 22.2.10

Then yes mention your handbook just once

Early Years Foundation Stage is published by DCFS (May 2008)

For DHC you don't need to be precise as such or follow any complicated referencing system like Harvard, so long as your tutor / assessor / marker can follow your references and check where they have come from.

ditto what the lady above says!!!

I remember when we done the DHC (moons ago now) that if we could show that we were 'reading around' - ie researching in other areas and not just getting it out of one book/place then we are demonstrating that we are extending our own professional development.

there are lots of places you can look for extra information ie for childs rights - ECM, NSPCC etc
