Stuck on DHC

Hello, can anyone give me a bit of advice on unit 5 question A. Sort of know what to say, but not sure?? Plus I remember reading on notes somewhere to talk about schemas and scaffolding learning, but what are they??? Never heard of them. Please help, last unit and then I'm done, only 3 weeks left till I hand it in and am so proud that I got this far so dont want to fail now. Jen xx

Schemas - seeing a pattern of behaviour in a child's play and following it by offering complementary activities and resources -

Good to use but be careful not to overdo them. Useful for explaining to parents why little Jo throws everything ... and you can give him bean bags outside to throw to support his need to hurl your toys in all directions.

Scaffolding learning - enabling the next step in a child's learning journey. Observing what they can do and planning to challenge them.
