Default Becoming a childminder in someone else's home

We have an au pair who is amazing, she is really experienced and very capable. She is a British Citizen and would like to start a career in childminding. She lives in our home, in her own room and looks after our 2 girls, who are 1 and 3.

Can she register as a childminder in our home whilst looking after our children?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks

    Ria

    Yes she can .
Obviously she will be responsible for safety and suitability of the property to care for children and meet standards and requirements etc, so you would have to be ok with it all too .

Is she wanting to care for more children? If not there seems little point...

Hope it all works out for her
