We are making rocky road cakes yummy

Ive got another day of laying flat out and staring at the ceiling. I am soooooo bored

I need you lot to post lots of funny threads today to keep me entertained.

Are you still in lots of pain

I know when Steve has done his back he gets very fed up .... also the treatment went from him doing what you are doing , to then not doing that and to make sure he moves around so he does not get more stiff
It always confuses me to be honest how it changes

Hope you are feeling ok, you will have to come and natter to everyone here for a bit to take your mind off the pain

Its more a deep intense ache now which is there all the time. I asked the physio if i could do a bit more but she said not yet

I often wish i could take the week off and lie in bed but now i wish i could get back to normal.
Ive got more physio tomorrow, if im 80% better then i can go back to work monday, keep your fingers crossed for me

we're off to toddlers and then playing outside for the rest of the day.

i've got a splitting headache and so far nothing has touched it. hope my 3 squealy girls are not too squealy today !!!

Hi Angel, today I am going to be beaming from ear to ear as I've just received my certificate from Ofsted!

I do also have to go food shopping, so if you hear on the news that some weird woman was walking round Asda grinning to herself you'll know it was me!

Morning all

i have my first ever "unexpected day off"

I usually just have an 8 month old on a Friday increasing his time with me so his mum can get back to work ...but he is poorly!

So I am now going to get stuck into my ironing - since i should be working
