    Default military wives choir

    wow!

has anyone else heard their amazing song?

it was on the television on monday night as the end of the television series with gareth malone putting together a choir of military wives, and a composer wrote a song for them, which they sang at the royal albert hall.

chris evans has been playing it on the radio since then, and i can't get it out of my head, and snatches of words come back all day. it is so beautiful, and the women who sang it are so brave, and it makes me think of the minders on here who are military wives.

    bless you all

    xxx

I must say I hate Gareth Malone. He is not very highly regarded in the profession at all.
He does everything for high TV impact and no doubt a high income and then abandons the project.

He caused chaos and much heartache in the schools that he did his high profile projects in and left no stratagies for the projects to be continued and he himself never followed them up once the TV had gone and left the children de-moralised and basically in the lurch. He just moves on to the next high profile TV thing.

A bit like Catherine Jenkins, who calls herself a singer, I wish she would sing in tune!! She appears at things like Remembrance in the Albert hall dressed in the most inappropriate outfit for the occasion, no respect, but its all about her personal image and she does give a fig about where she is.
