Check out caravanning sites to see what they charge. Prices are all different depending on low/high peak, full week/weekends.

Depends on the size, where it is, is it on a site or in a field etc.

We've been in caravans lots of times (normally 8 berth) and paid anywhere from £200 to £800 for a week in August.

What sort of van are you looking at - a static or tourer?

In peak season renting a 2 bedroomed 6 beth static in a popular place you are looking at the top end of £600 for the week

I have just been looking for cornwall and south wales.

Sussex is nice between Hastings way and back up to Brighton....

At Easter we went to Berwick on a Monday to Friday deal and it was £195 for the 4 of us in a 2 bedroomed static.

In july there are 7 of us going to Mablethorpe and an 8 berth van for Sat to Sat is costing us £440.

Really depends on the area and what size van it is

i'm thinking about buying a static at Berwick, sleeps 6 or 8 havent decided yet but would prefer an 8 berth

and was thinking of £200 for a full week off peak and £350 a week at peak season

If it is on a site then I would try and find out what others on the site are charging so that you can be competitive but not lose out by undercharging.

We're paying £500 for a week (6 berth) at the end July in Cornwall on a well known Haven site where there are lots of facilities. We are going with some friends who have much younger children, so there is plenty to do. We are only taking one of my sons and he wants to spend the week learning to surf.

I would imagine if the caravan was on a site with fewer facilities then you would pay a bit less.
Your prices look exceptionally good value, have you taken into account any site management charges etc?

I use this website sometimes and it may give you an idea of what to charge. After all its nice to be reasonable but you dont want to undersell yourself.

An 8 berth at Berwick is approx £450 per week for the months of July and August and £350 for other months
