Do you all have a busy weekend shopping etc ? What you all doing ?

I am off to see Diversity this afternoon with my daughters

My mom and dad also come home today so I am just soooooo excited and can not wait to see them - have not seen them since Sept

I have to get my OU assiginment finished then I can start enjoying christmas

Angel have a lovely time , I'd love to see them ! ( Diversity I mean , not your parents though I'm sure they are very lovely too............I'll shut up now )

I have to finish Christmassyfying the house and then we have people over to dinner this evening.
Off to put the lamb shanks in the slow cooker and mull some wine.

Your weekend sounds better than mine!
1 mindee today (having nap now) plus grandson (playing next to me)

Then tomorrow on Granny duty for another 2 grandsons

Christmas needs to be got out of loft but DH very poorly - so poorly he has stopped moaning and gone to bed

Another variation form needs completing and sending to Ofsted.

Promised myself would get all paperwork up to date this weekend - but just know that is not going to happen.

And I need to sort presents for 2 of my DD - so much easier when all they wanted was My Little Pony or Barbie dolls!

Oh and then of course just made to other side and a green member - so really want to start exploring that.

Shattered just thinking about it all!

DS has a friend here so they will be playing on PC games for the afternoon He has been out all morning on our pheasant shoot so earned some PC time

I am about to sort the wrapping of presents . Shutting myself in the bedroom and will not come out till it's done - and I work out who I have forgotten

Been to get our christmas tree this morning - not as big as I wanted but the grumpy dh whinged over going, what size, how to get it in the car etc. It was almost grounds for divorce

We will be decorating it later when he gets in from rugby

My dd's went to see JLS last Tuesday, I'm almost a tiny bit jealous
Off for a meal out tonight at my fav pub with Helen + dh and an ex-minder but still friend and her dh.
I have written most of my xmas cards and thought about wrapping pressies, will do that tomorrow along with washing,cleaning,shopping, LJ's, accounts, planning, getting craft activities together ,cooking and most important to me..... reading the Sunday papers!
Somehow I don't think I will manage all that, who cares, IT'S NEARLY CHRISTMAS

Was supposed to meet them vip but thats a long story, we were front row though

Happy weekend everyone!

- having a great weekend so far!

Ds and dh spent forever queueing for the barbers. Me and dd(4) did a bit fo girly shopping and they were still there - so we went for a girly drink in the pub!

We then went to take our rubbish bags to the high school! - exciting I know! - the bin men cant get around here due to the ice and snow, so we have to take it!

We then went to get our C'mas tree. And then I invited some friends over as we havent seen friends due to the snow. It was great to catch up with them.

Now, JLS, XFactor, and some drinks!

Dh has been so nice and helpful during the icy school runs and I have felt very loved and blessed at the moment!

Not sure what tomorrow brings - wrapping and housework!? - o and paperwork!!
