Hey. Hope you all had a lovely weekend. Im starting to do more home cooking and I would like to try stuffed mushrooms as a starter.

Im quite fussy so i was wondering if anyone has a recipe for fussy eater.

as I cook everything homecooked every day I can highly recommend the cooking books of Gina Ford (especially the Feeding made easy and the baby and toddler cookbook). My son absolutely loves them and so do we

and they are super easy!

Well i managed to find a recipe (thanks kimmy) and i must say im quite impressed with my self. They are in the oven so hopefully they come out all good. And i hope i like them as i only just liked mushrooms! Woopwoop
