I had one from my dentist. First a tooth tray was made to fit my teeth then I had to put the gel stuff in and sleep with tray things in. I couldn't stand the pain!
Went back to dentist and was told to use for just a couple of hrs a day. Still extremely painful so gave up!
Next dentist said I should never have had them as my teeth were too sensitive. £300 wasted!
