Handcream recommendations?

I've noticed that my hands are starting to show their age

They've never been particularly dry, but lately they're looking crepey & rough.

I found a pot of Burt's Bees banana handcream in my vast makeup collection, but it was really thick & just seemed to sit on my skin like a heavy oil. I ended up washing it off.

What handcreams do you use? Are there any you would buy or avoid?

I use Desert Bloom Intensive Hand Cream by Molton Brown.
Expensive at £20 but very good.

I buy this one too, and get it for my mum. Its brilliant and very reasonably priced

I use dead sea spa magik, super hand cream. It is about £7 or £8 per tube depending on where you get it from. I usually get it from Debenhams. You can get it from Holland & Barrett and John Lewis too.

My hands are super dry if I don't use any cream. I use it during the day and a little goes a long way. It's not greasy at all. I also put a bit more on and use cotton gloves at night so it soaks in (Sounds sexy doesn't it?!! ) My dd says I have mickey mouse hands on a night!

I like helping hands from Lush too but it can be a bit greasy.

Neutrogena is the best, after years of working in hospitals and my hands being in and out of water constantly it's the only one that really works. Doesn't smell nice but does work (doesn't smell awful either btw)

I use the etre hand cream. We got it from one of those stalls you get between shops in shopping malls. They also do a fantastic facial peel

Fionamal recommended body shop vitamin e handcream when my hands were sore and splitting, brilliant stuff, not greay at all and only need a little.

i love the hemp one too but find it a bit heavy for every day and it smells like you're putting mud on your hands

My mum used to swear by Avon rich moisture. That was about 30 yrs ago so if it's been going that long it must be good!
I use Neutragena, but might get some Avon now!

i buy 6 tubes at a time and keep it everywhere
in the car, the nappy bag, my handbag everywhere i go i have some with me.

I got one in Tesco the other day called "Skin Boost" and its gorgeous. It is Macadamia nut and honey and i love the smell - like home baking - and it works well too. Going back for some more i think - it was cheap too.
