ooh Pauline....there's a lady down the road who has one of those( similar anyway) for her work....i don't know her very well and she is always busy so they must be popular....she might be able to lend Angel one

she works a lot of night shifts so maybe Angel could have it during the day??

I have great concerns about the chair. I think we should all contact Angel's HEALTH COACH and ask her advice!

I have a feeling that some sort of adapted toning table would be better, remember she needs to be on the move at all times!

have you thought of getting yourself an iphone love? i have one and use the forum well on it. at least that way you can still get on and not have isolate yourself - ok so you may need to stop what your doing but you could maybe invest in a treadmill -

hold the phone!

dp is a dj in his spare time and has a special platform that is attached to the frame of his equipment (djing equipment you minxs!) for his laptop - im thinking that if you had a treadmill and then attached the special tray/platform to it then you could plonk your laptop on to it and walk whilst you use the forum to do your modding!

i think that i might be a genius in the form of a stupid person!

Angel asked me to remove any that might spoil the joke but then I couldn't get back on to do the others. I have now put them all back.

Angel asked me to lock this at 12 noon but will have to do it now as I won't be here then.
