    Default Advise needed please

    I have ordered and now picked up out meat for christmas day..............
    I have a 3 in one 'bird' . chicken on the outside the apricot stuffing then pheasant, stuffing then partridge............... It has no bones in it only the drumsticks on the chicken

    Now the thing is it weights 8lb so how long should i cook it for and do I do it first thing in the morning as I dont want it to dry out.


    Oh it seemed such a good idea back in November

    Help and advise much appricated..

    We did this a couple of years ago but it was with goose on the outside which is very fatty and keeps it all moist.

    Keep basting would be my advice.
