Angry No heat on xmas eve :-(

I woke up this morning and went to turn heating on, half an hour later noticed the house wasnt warming up! It turns out the pipes under the ground that carry the oil have froze Luckily my dad is a plumber and oh is an electrician so they are goin to attempt to build a temporaray pipe. If it dosent work we will have know heat until it gets abit warmer

Has this happened to any 1 else?

Please let it work out, its xmas

Oh no, I hope they get it sorted for you.

We had a frozen pipe last Saturday, took ages to sort out but luckily we did it. Ours was just the condenser pipe which we managed to thaw.

Hope yours doesn't take too long

we have had boiler breakdowns - normally at the worst time (new boiler now) but luckily never had the frozen oil.

I hope they sort it for you.
