Asda online shopping

I placed my order for my shopping on Tuesday and tried to amend it yesterday but instead of asking for the difference its asking for the full amount again, is this right?

Thats never happened to me! I placed our order a couple of weeks ago cos the slots were filling quick and have amended to a few times since then. It even let me add an e voucher for free delivery yesterday which wasnt available when i placed the order so I have a bit of a bargain. MAybe you could email them. They're usually pretty good???

Is what you have now added right when they ask for the full amount?

I think they add what you have had new to your total for your new amount - it does not mean they will take it twice - they wont take the first amount and then the second amount if you know what I mean

If you add up what you have now had different then add it to your orginal total that should now be your new amount

If you are still unsure I would give them a call they are helpful and its much quicker than email which can take up to 24 hours for a reply
