here is another one

the ambassadors chauffeur, Finch, notched up 15951 miles on his mileometer and noticed that this number was palindromic, reading the same backwards as forwards. As surprised as he was to have noticed this fairly rare occurrance , he was even more surprised when after a further 2 hours' drive another palindromic number appeared.

what was Finch's average speed in those 2 hours?
