If I was very dedicated, then yes, I could. Bless you for even thinking of such a lovely idea. Think I might swap books and do this one later in the autumn/winter.

DH got me a turnip! It was 15p in Sainsbury's. The children didn't have a clue what it was. I let them use it to act out the story after we had read it and the story morphed into 'The Giant Radish'.

Not far to Saltburn! Danby National Park is that way too, and Whitby.
I don't really know Stokesley...DD has danced in a couple of competitions at the high school, and we show cars at an annual car show there, but never left the show field
We did visit Saltburn and I have to agree with you that it's a lovely beach and I actually live on the coast. We had fish and chips at Saltburn which were amazing! We drove past Whitby on the way to Robin Hood's Bay as we met up with DS1 and his girlfriend there as they were camping at Scarborough, we had a day out on the moors which was really quiet not many people about at all. We climbed Roseberry Topping too!

    Oh wow!

Sounds like you had a wonderful time. I'm so pleased. ( The moors never seem busy! apart from in lambing season when cars suddenly screech to a halt to (mainly) take a cute photo! Sometimes it is to because a sheep/lamb is resting on the road !!!! )
