Happy Good Friday everyone!

Have you all got the day off today? I know a couple of childminders who still work the Friday and just have the Monday off. That must be very useful for the parents who still have to work.

I’ve booked next week off so I’ve got a lovely long break now. I’m off to my daughter’s today for a couple of days, but haven’t really planned anything apart from that. The idea is that I spend some days sorting and some days going out, but I can see I’ll do more of the going out than the sorting

Happy Easter weekend !

I have been doing admin today, I don't really have any plans for the weekend. It's been a busy couple of weeks here with family staying and celebrating birthdays. The weather is looking good so I will probably spend a bit of time sorting out the garden.
DH left me an Easter egg before he went back to work which was a nice surprise.

I'm away for the weekend and then off next week. No major plans... I have some admin to do and some sorting out, but mainly I appear to be being DDs chauffeur for the week! Just hoping the weather is nice so I forget to do any jobs and just sit in the garden and read!

Happy Easter 2024 everyone!

Hope you have all had a lovely long weekend. We haven't done much, just a bit of chilling and a tiny bit of decluttering our wardrobes. It has rained and rained and hailed and rained some more for what seems like forever!

I've got the rest of the week off, but my chilling out time has finished, because DD has plans! We're off to Cheshire Oaks tomorrow and then other activities for the rest of the holidays.

Yesterday, we watched Peter Rabbit. Have you seen it? We were all laughing out loud - I think it is my new favourite film!

Enjoy your week off Maza, I am off this week too. I have a mixed week with plans to catch up with friends and a trip to the theatre BUT I also have paperwork to sort out for our LA due to the new funding, they want copies of some policies and sample invoice plus I have booked a new parent visit too!

I had a lovely chilled weekend with family and my eldest was here visiting too which was so lovely as we don't get to see him as much as we would like just because he moved away.

Anyway better get on my my list and stop finding distractions

I'm off as well !!!

I have a pile of paperwork etc to sort out/through, but other than that have a week of doing nothing much !!! ( DD has a couple of hospital appointments so I suspect we'll end up in Town/shopping/out for lunch etc ) I do want to have a sort out of the Utility room as it has become a dumping ground for everything, rather than spending another couple of minutes each time actually putting stuff away! ( and it's all me!!! )

It has rained rather a lot here, but we've managed a couple of dryish ( ...well, 'Mistle' that 'wet in the air' but not actually really raining type weather! ) walks. DH wants to 'get on' and 'do things' in the garden ... but i'm not feeling inspired!
