    Default Good morning Tuesday

I've only got 2 children here this morning and apparently they don't need/want me to play with them!

It's giving me chance to download and sort some of the hundreds of photos I've got of them. I'll send some to parents, put some in their online files and delete the rest. It's something I try to do regularly now otherwise I find I have thousands to go through and it takes forever. I always seems a bit sad deleting photos but I know I can't keep them forever.

We were going to make pancakes today but one of the children has told me they're having them for tea tonight and the other mum told me they'd had them for breakfast! I'll have to eat them all myself later on instead

    Enjoy your days everyone

Morning ....we made pancakes for snack this morning even though some parents said they are having then at home later. Since we made them one little one has been making pancakes in the role play kitchen. I like pancakes but DH doesn't so we won't be having any later.

Weather today is rainy but at least all the snow/ice has been washed away, my poor garden is looking very sorry for itself at the moment.

    Happy Tuesday everyone.

    Happy Pancake Day!

I was sad this morning when I remembered that it was pancake day skipping day in Scarborough and because it is half term, AND it is dry, sunny and warmish . so a perfect day for it !!!! .... but because of Lockdown it won't be happening and we can't go anyway!

We've had lots of pancake fun with craft and role play and counting. We've had a pancake for snack, lunch and will have them for tea as well !!!

I remember last year someone saying about a skipping tradition? Hopefully next year ( I definitely hope so !) we have had so many disappointments .
    Enjoy your pancakes everyone.

I'm making the most of it being half term and not being tied to the house because of DD's homeschooling. So today and yesterday we have had lovely long walks in the woods with DD able to get out with us. We've all really enjoyed it and have missed it. So we haven't actually got round to making pancakes. I might make some for afternoon snack if mindee wakes up in time, but if not we'll have them when he goes home because DH, DD and I are so greedy when it comes to pancakes that there is no way I won't be making them.
