Good afternoon Wednesday
Well, that was a busy morning!
I got up slightly later than usual so didn't have time to get everything set up before the first child arrived. I felt really disorganised as I was having to sort things out as the other children were arriving. It made me realise how much easier it is to have everything prepared in advance! I don't know if it was because the start of our day was out of routine, or if it was just that the children were particularly lively today, but they didn't seem to settle to anything and were very loud. It wasn't long before I grabbed their coats and shoes and we went outside. They were just as lively in the garden, but it didn't seem quite as loud
Even though it was cold outside, the sun was shining and it was really nice. We came in at lunch time and now they're all asleep!
What's everyone watching on TV at the moment? I started to watch The Serpent but I'm not really getting in it so might not bother with it any more. I've also started to watch Traces and I'm enjoying that much more. Who else watches The Great Pottery Throw Down? I'm sure a few of you watched the last series. It starts again on Sunday so I'm looking forward to that. I've seen lots of trailers for other programmes that look good, but I can never remember what they're called, when or where they're on! I ought to write it down when I see them advertised!
Enjoy the rest of your days

It's been chaos here! 4 small children .... but slept at different times ( normally all at same time ) and very lively too! We got ready to go on garden and then it started to rain ... icy, sleety rain! So we didn't!
We've done lots of dancing today .... Hokey Cokey is our favourite!
2 have gone home and the other 2 are having tea next to me then we'll have a big tidy up and read some books.
Heard on news that exams are cancelled. DD is fed up .... she is a strange child who likes exams and was busy revising over Christmas. Luckily they had mocks in November and she did well, and her predicted grades are good, so hopefully all will be fine.
Not watching anything on TV. I can't settle or get into anything!

We ended up doing a lot of dancing this afternoon. Ram Sam Sam is our favourite at the moment. It's a lot more energetic than you think

I have had a quiet day with just the two so it has given me chance to catch up with some paperwork. I am still doing afternoon school pick up for a family so we still have that routine.
I haven't been watching anything either, I am sure that normally this time of year they have some good programs on but I guess they haven't been able to make them. I don't watch the soaps either. By the time everyone has gone, cleaned up, had dinner and walked the dog its nearly bedtime

Bridgerton on Netflix is supposed to be good. I saved all of the Christmas editions of Call the Midwife for December and have slowly been getting through them - I am finally up to the 2020 episode and need to finish it tonight - don't like doing anything Christmasy after 6th Jan.
We had snow again today so we played out in it and it was lovely.
Just put the decorations away. I'm exhausted now!
