    Default Good morning Friday

It’s a bit blowy out there today!

DH and I have both got the day off so we’d planned a nice country walk and a picnic. Now the weather’s not so good we’re going to go for a breezy walk followed by a pub lunch Hopefully the wind will be behind us and will help us move along a bit quicker

On the way home we’re going to stop off at a craft centre where they’ve got some lovely little shops. I usually end up coming home with something interesting for the children.

    Have good days everyone

    Good afternoon!

It is a touch blowy! ... 3 times i've been out to put my bean wigwams back into the soil. each time they've blown out/over a different way !!!

I went out for a coffee with a friend this morning and this afternoon ... well ... I have jobs to do, but curling up with a book seems like the best idea !!!!

I need to get back to work though ... I keep buying new toys My friend wouldn't let me look in the book shop or charity shop this morning as she said she knew I didn't 'NEED' anything

    stay safe everyone xxx

Loocyloo I've discovered that the charity shops near me are very cheap/reasonable compared to the charity shops where I used to live. It made me very excited as I have seen lots of toys in there. I haven't bought anything (except a pretty little jug for the outdoor toy kitchen). Typically I bet there won't be any toys when I eventually get some mindees.

Very windy and rainy today. DD is at her friend's house so I have hunkered down in the spare room/laundry room and done tons of ironing and laundry whilst watching youtube/podcasts. My legs are aching now though and I need a sit down! I've got a big pile of curtains and clothes that I need to bag up for my nieces and the charity shop, plus quite a few craft bits that DD, quite rightly to be fair, doesn't want stored in her room any more as it is stuff aimed at younger children. So I need to box up stuff to put with my childminding resources. That was all my aim today, but DH just mentioned that we could go to the pub for a quick drink before we walk to collect DD. We still haven't tried our local pub and we have been here for 10 months now! We've tried other, nicer pubs in town but not our local - which looks a bit on the ropey side to be honest.

Mouse, hope you didn't get blown away on your walk!
