I only get to watch it on Wednesday (recorded). Can't wait though.

Love it - our friends live in Bridport, their black Labrador ran off the cliffs at Westbay years ago and survived and friend's husband used to work in the fishing net factory they visited this week.

I am not watching it - yet!

Still got DVD of second series to watch and want to see them in order. Loved the first series which I also caught up with on DVD I was a bit late to the party

I chat on FB to someone who, until just before Christmas, lived in West Bay - used to run the station tea room. She said it was manic when they were filming. She's now living in Florida so going to watch and play spot the local extras
Happy to be back with the Greenies

I'm loving it too! Gosh, the poor dog - those cliffs do look scary! I think in the first series they made the whole area look quite depressing (never been but I believe it is stunning). They have made it look more alive and pretty this time round I thought.

    I'm thinking the vicar.

Or is he is love with Beth as he is very nervous around her.

In the first series I thought it was hinted that the vicar and Beth had had a bit of a fling, but I don't know now. Perhaps I just imagined that bit!

Oh gosh, now I might have to watch the first series again (that was the best one I think). I do agree though, there's something odd about the vicar. We had a theory that the man who was convicted of killing Danny hadn't really done it - his son had and he was protecting his son. Not sure now though.

We for some reason thought that last Mondays was the last episode so with only about 5 mins later and more and more suspects were popping up we were thinking how can they wrap this up in the next 5 mins - is it next Monday the last one?

    Yes, there's one more.

Who do you think, who do you think?

I've still no idea - but I don't think it was her husband.

I'm glad this thread has popped up again. I'd forgotten today was Monday and I'd have been kicking myself if I'd missed the final one!

Yes all ready here. Jobs done. Looking forward to it. Am also really enjoying Line of Duty on Sunday evenings.

We normally record Broadchurch and watch it on a Tuesday night instead, but we have to watch it tonight because we are bound to see a headline which will spoil it if we leave it until tomorrow. I hate it when a good series comes to an end though.

So what did you all think? Anyone guess correctly? I found it uncomfortable to watch and it made me feel very uneasy.

I'd wondered very early on and then changed my mind several times, but I agree, it made me feel uncomfortable.

I did think it could be something to do with the teenagers but didn't expect that.

Quite early on in the episode (not before this episode though) I thought the dad might be covering up for his son. I didn't predict the circumstances though. I agree, it was uncomfortable. In a way he was also a victim of abuse so I wonder how that would affect the sentencing.

Excellent acting from Beth's husband I thought.
