    Default starting periods 'kit'

    Hello!

sorry for dreadful title to post, I can't think of how else to explain!

YEARS ago, when my friend's DD was in her early teens, my friend was given a 'kit' for her, for when her periods started. it had a little book about the whole process, and feeling good about yourself etc, plus some towels, tampons and a pretty little bag. I was thinking that DD is only young, but I know several of her friends have started, and I want to be prepared!

does anyone know of any such 'kit' or do I just need to create my own?!

THANK YOU! I couldn't think of anywhere or anyone else to ask! ( I asked my friend, but someone had given it to her, and she can't remember! )

    xx

    There's this one

Lil-Lets teens Starter Pack - Boots - Boots

Also, if you look on a lot of the brand websites you can send for free samples, so you could build up your own starter kit that way.

This is also quite nice for when she's a bit older - or for you as a bit of a treat!

The first box is only £6.99 so I ordered one for DD then cancelled the subscription as I didn't want to be paying for it every month.

Thank you starting this thread as the suggestions are great and being a mum of 3 boys I now know what to advise parents of mindees who are now 10 years old, that's if they enquire.
