    I make Christmas scones that have a spoonful or 2 of mincemeat added to the dough. Very yummy.

    My dad used to like a tray bake that was pastry, topped with a layer of mincemeat and then with layer of cream cheese (aka philly !) ... never did anything for me, but he loved it!

    I've also added it to cooked apple to make crumbles.

    Enjoy. I have yet to do any baking either mindees or for my family but I've been asked for Christmas Pizza today! - so that's the afternoon sorted out, as long as I remember to make pizza dough!
