A very miserable Friday

Well it has rained constantly since last night.

Wet here too in the east but I have the day off as mindees are on holiday so planning on catching up with stuff today.

It's not raining at the moment but it was pretty much none stop yesterday. Fortunately DD was out on a playdate all afternoon and so I didn't have to entertain her and I had no mindees.

Today I think we'll shop for school shoes and I have to do a couple of bits of admin.

Dry but dull here. Yesterday was glorious for the first time in weeks. It has rained most of the summer here so even though it's cool and dill I'm just glad it's not raining

Have got my daughter, SIL & baby grandson staying so really wanted to go out on a trip with the 4 mindees but it's been raining heavily since 6 and forecast to stay like this all day - so I am staying in potty training 2 of the 4 mindees and my daughter etc have popped out to visit my parents who live nearby - me constantly saying "do you need a wee" has probably driven them away. Going to have to be an indoor picnic today as I have already bought all the food.
