    Awww - Thanks guys n gals

    Have had a lovely day, despite working unexpectedly for part of it, but the parent brought me a beautiful bunch of flowers so that was a lovely surprise.

    Need to update again but am waiting to hear back from the DofE again so may take a while lol

    LA are sticking to their guns, and I'm still sticking to mine so until the DofE intervenes and 'forces' the LA to tow the line, we're in deadlock.
    The LA waited until Truss left before responding though, so that tells me they knew if I'd have had the chance to get to Truss she'd have ensured they backed down.
    The new guy is still an unknown entity as far as I'm aware so not sure how much he would back CM's or LA's
