Well I have just told my lot that we are tidying up today - ds2 asked why who is coming to visit Cant argue with him housework is never a priority of mine especially when I have no mindees here.

So Im going to set us all on and get the house tidier maybe even iron. Glad the weather look changeable so I don't get persuaded to go out.

The children are also waiting on a delivery of a new game - even had dh text to see if its arrived

We are having my 2nd lazy day. Back to it tmw as 48 hours is over. Never made it to the fabric shop yesterday so might go shortly. If we can be bothered lol.

That's what Im struggling with finding the motivation to do anything - taking the kids somewhere to have fun is one thing doing boring housework well that's another

Having a quiet day at home with LO settling back after 2/3 weeks on holiday.
Been busy making lots of sea creatures for a display and just playing.

Devastatingly rude lol. Yeah it will be tough for you to get back into it. Whereas I only had 1 day off planned for the whole 6 weeks but have lucked into the additional 2 :-)

Luckily 2 of 3 mindees have been with me for 3 yrs so just mooching and doing their own thing. LO just requires keeping an eye on as crawling and into everything! Seemed really close to walking before I was away ... but seems less close now!

Need to get out and about really to get my self organised and back in gear!

We've had a busy day. Went to the library this morning to get our next set of stickers and swop cards for the library reading challenge. We absolutely love our library and feel so blessed that it is only about a 5 minute walk away from my house. They have a field an a little playground right next to it and so we burnt off some energy there and then went to an Eid Party at our local Sure Start Centre. Delicious food cooked by all the mums. Then we rolled home with our full tummies and put the LOs in bed. All sleeping soundly and DD is watching Scooby Doo with her arm propped on her cushion whilst her henna dries. Such a treat to not spend most of their naptime clearing up after lunch time. x

even brought a take away for tea so I dint have to mess the kitchen up

Like I told dh it would be cheaper to get a cleaner but he thinks while im on holiday I really should be doing it

Ive told OH that I would like a cleaner but he doesnt want the house intruded on any more than it is already

Never mind I will keep working on it, or maybe he needs to stop being so flippin messy.

Oh and I still didnt make it to the fabric shop but I did go and investigate the new shop that has just opened around the corner, home bargains? Oh and I just had to have a costa on the way home too lol

My mum was a clean freak nothing could be out of place think I rebelled against it

Hoever Im raising children who really don't mind untidiness (well by the state of their rooms they don't )
