Hi every1 who should b tucked up in bed,replenishing their energy ready for the morning.
I've just had a fab 3 week hol. Full of sunshine,relaxation & good food, - however, returned last Sat and still have such bad jet lag. I'm feeling exhausted and have put on an Oscar winning performance of pretending to b an energised and enthusiastic childminders all week! Yes they all absorbed it but I'm sooo tierd! How do u get back to norm routine?
