I half heartedly tried to find some geocaches the other day and failed. I had a pushchair which made it too hard. I also felt a bit conspicuous rummaging in undergrowth!
I gave up and took the kids to the park and saw someone underneath a bridge looking for it! I think I may have to think outside the box to find them!
Today's is my Saturday

Download the cgeo app. Look at nearby caches . It will come up as a list . You can tap on the map icon in top right corner to show you on a map ( I prefer to use a map to decide which ones to go for ) . Tap on one you like the look of. It will bring up the details ... tap on the compass icon in top right corner ... and off you go!
Good luck all first time geocachers ;-)

Have you got the free app? It has a compass that seems pretty accurate

No idea ... never had that! On my actual handheld gps gadget I can mark 'waypoints' ... Maybe it's like that? I find waypoints useful if I am parking somewhere else and want to be able to get back to the car!
