    It's yoghurt. Fromage frais is different but it's all called yoghurt in our house

    It's yoggle, isn't it?

    Btw, when I were a lad, I recall it was usually spelled "yoghourt".

    Anyway, why is the Torygraph bothered about American spelling, when the etymology is derived from Turkish anyway?

    I'd be more concerned about the Telegraph's jingoistic flag-waving every time we play lap-dog to the Americanos by wasting lives and money supporting their foreign policy adventures.

    So I don't know

    British Dairy council refers to it as yogurt.....as does the Oxford English dictionary, so you are not the only one, don't fret.x
