I really look forward to the JL Xmas ad. I had a preview of it emailed to me and then saw it for real last night. Lovely.
Wasn't there a lot of Xmas ads on last night. Usually I have paused whatever I am watching and just fast forward through all the ads but last night I had to watch them all just so I could see the Xmas ads. Sad huh

I haven't seen any christmas adverts (you know JL & M&S) may help if I turned the telly on I think I was the last person on earth last year to see the John Lewis advert and it was lovely ! can't wait to see this one. Song sung by Lily Allen originally sung by Keane who I would usually prefer. will I like Lily alleys version? Em! Wait and see.

Haven't seen last years one or this years advert. We never watch live tv (apart from cbeebies) and so always fast forward the adverts. Are they really that good? EVERYONE was going on about it on facebook. The coca cola adverts used to always make us feel festive - are they still on? x

I've not seen the John Lewis advert, don't remember seeing it last year either! but I have seen the m & s and I really liked that

Can't believe how many christmas ads on last night. Nearly ever other one.
-
I don't watch the adverts I'm usually running round with piles of washing, making tea or going to the loo!

Here is so discussion about it and a link to the advert. What I want to know is who wraps the presents and how do the lights on the tree work out in the middle of nowhere? Also if you were a hibernating bear woken up by an Alarm Clock wouldn't you have thrown it against the cave wall?

I don't like the M and S one it is a bit dark for my taste. The playing cards are truly scary.

I loved the John Lewis advert with the little boy desperate for it to be Christmas only to give a present to his Mum. Left me reaching for the tissue box.
This year's hasn't grabbed me so much.
