I have received this from "paypal" this morning

Yes is a scam and an attempt to get access.

I have reported to paypal and they have confirmed it.

One thing they did say they always send out emails to you actual name never to client, member etc.

Be careful what you click on ladies and gentleman
When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door

I have had 3 from "fake " paypal.
Saying recent transaction of so and so ( usually sky tevhnical support) if you wish to dispute this then click this link etcetera.
The email is slightly different to PayPal real receipt. The address is not there and doesn't have payment information. Plus the PayPal logo is ever so slightly pixelated ( must be from copy and paste )
This is a scam. I have notified PayPal and yes they have confirmed it.
