Default I WAS IN ACCIDENT LAST NIGHT

My daughter was driving us home last night from my sons

We were stationary at traffic lights

Lights went to green ....we went to go snd the articulated lorry next to us decided to come in our lane

As we had no where to go we knew he was going to hit us ...he did ...shunting us over and dragging us with him

Scary stuff I thought Gem who was driving and Nic sitting behind her were going to get crushed

We are all ok just aches and pains this morning .

Police happened to be passing and were brilliant to us and said it was a good job Gem had the sense to stop as it could have been much worse

The car was stuck to the lorry but managed to get it out

At least we are all ok

You missus should be having the day off and making sure you are ok. Easier said than done I know.

But make sure you rest. Its a miserable day so cuddles on the settle is called for with a dvd x

Oh my word...glad to hear you are all ok but I agree with others that you need to be checked out for the aches and pains.

And if you can't take the day off, then make it as easy as possible on yourself...bigs hugs...but not too big so it hurts

Glad to hear everyone is ok - just shows how defenceless we are in cars against huge trucks - thank goodness neither vehicle was travelling at any speed or the outcome could have been very different What a nuisance though to have to go through insurance claims - is the car going to be written off?

How frightening for all of you, glad everyone came through it OK. I would get yourself seen by a doctor so that it is on record should any further injuries occur in the future. Take it easy and defo relax over the weekend xx
