    Oh my word, thank goodness you are all okay. You really must go to the doctors, if any other injuries come to light or you end up needing physio etc then you'll need it all documented for insurance.
    It is absolutely terrifying to be so helpless and unable to stop whats happening, I was in an awful smash with my daughter who was 2 at the time a few years ago now, but the helpless feeling was utterly awful, I could see it coming and couldn't get my car out the way (other driver speeding, on wrong side of road, on phone, tuning radio-all at the same time-all downhill into us..) Shocking. Be prepared to have some emotion and broken sleep over the next few days, and try to just chill over the weekend. Take it easy xxx
