    I've just managed to see a cuppa thru tidy round and am now eatin tea whilst doin obs , there's no wonder we forget things !!! Lol
    I think we say it so many times they just don't hear it anymore - "please" at the end of a long day when you have said it a million times and are now using a certain tone translates into "Do as you are told, damn it!"
