I've been very cheeky, but if you don't ask you don't get. I emailed Argos asking if they would refund me the £10 the table was reduced by. They emailed back saying it had gone down again and are sending me a cheque for the £15 difference A very happy bunny

That's a shame they've obviously sold lots and put it back up again

I reserved one when it was at the cheaper price & it's reserved until tomorrow but don't think I dare argue the price when I get to the till! X

You must! They should honour the price you ordered it at. Take a copy of the email if you have one x

Argos always say the price you pay is the price it is in store that you buy
I ordered it at £29.99 and waited for it to come into store had dropped £5

Argos will always honour the price you ordered it at, so if you reserved it at the lower price just tell them and they will honour it x

If they have a kind manager they will but in their terms and conditions it states
4.3 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions:
    a) For products reserved online for store pick up or any other reservation service the price you pay is the price in store on the day of collection.

So they are under no obligation to do it at a cheaper price

But it does seem the price of this goes down then up in a short period

I extended the reservation and it had gone up. I paid a little more annoyingly as price only guaranteed for normal reservations . But not much more as I get discount anyway. I tried to sweet talk the manager but as he's also my OH he wasn't prepared to get into trouble for a few quid!
Not bad for a sale item but can I ask did yours come with water pistols considering there's a water target game??

Well I decided to order mine online for home delivery seeing as it was free to deliver & not knowing how big the box was etc (good job I did as box was quite large and carrying an 8 month old too would have just been impossible!)

Anyway box arrived & woops - a corner was caved in and handle was completely ripped off!!

I did mention it to the driver but he said best to contact Argos about it.

I sent them an email explaining about the damage to the box and they said they would accept a return in store or they could offer me a 10% further reduction.

Checked out contents and all ok so for a damaged box I got abit more off - couldn't believe it!!

That wasn't even my intention to be honest I just wanted to voice how narked I was that it came so battered!! Lol

5 stars for customer service?! Lol xx
